Résumé : |
The University of Worcester delivered a four-day shortened programme for statutory supervisors of midwives to become professional midwifery advocates (PMAs) in September 2017 in the UK (Martin et al 2018). Midwives from NHS trusts across the West Midlands and the South West region attended. A key component of the shortened programme was the opportunity for participants to attend a facilitated post module event. There was unanimous agreement by the cohort that the post module event, which was held approximately six months following completion of the programme, would be valuable. |
