"One of the consequences of rapid organizational change is that new demands are being made on training practitioners, who are more and more being called on to function as consultants. Many of them find this transition difficult because they are uncertain about the development they need in order to become effective in their new role. This book has been written specifically to help trainers plan their professional development within the new context. Using an original framework, the authors describe three approaches.
